Who we are looking for
People who have done the work.
- 01You have operated inside a wealth platform, broker, exchange, fintech, or the infrastructure behind them.
- 02You know a corner of that stack well enough to write about it under your own name.
- 03You are willing to sign your work. Our reports are signed.
- 04You are honest with clients about what their technology actually is, including when it is fine.

- 02The tools we actually use: Advisor Studio, with pipeline, the assessment wizard, the deliverable builder and the training Workbench.
- 03Transparent terms for self-sourced and Bruntsfield-sourced work.
- 04A short certification path: shadow an engagement, lead one observed. Dropped once the work speaks for itself.

Earlier in career; strong in a domain and willing to learn the methodology.
Engagement
Supports a lead on Diagnostics. Workbench access, structured learning, no independent pipeline.
Tier 02
Advisor
Independent operator
Who it suits
Senior operators, vendors and regulators with real time inside the stack.
Engagement
Runs Workshops, leads Diagnostics, manages own pipeline. The most common tier.
Tier 03
Consultant
Senior advisor
Who it suits
Former CIO / COO / regulator with a track record we already know about.
Engagement
Everything Advisor does, with quiet review and mentoring of newer Advisors.
